I’ve been in your shoes when it comes to hormonal chaos.  And as a 46 year old perimenopausal woman just like you, I know how hormones impact everything.  Perimenopause and hormones are my jam.  I’m passionate about it.  That every woman understands her body and changing hormones. Not left to Google and feel overwhelmed. 

 

I’ve had my own hormone journey. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after having my first baby. The fatigue, weight gain, hair loss and brain fog were real.  I was able to get minimal results via natural thyroid medication and lifestyle changes but continued to feel like myself.

Then a few years later, we were renting a house while we built our home and little did I know that there was mold in the home.  I became very ill.  I could barely function due to brain fog, vertigo and anxiety.  I saw multiple specialists and had numerous tests done.  I even had an emergency MRI only to be told everything looks normal.  But I knew something was wrong.  After seeing a functional health practitioner and doing the right functional labs, I got the answers I desperately needed.  I had mold toxicity, leaky gut and candida, low neurotransmitters and my hormones were a mess - cortisol was through the roof.

Soon into my 40’s, I felt the shift as the fatigue started, hair loss, weight gain and poor sleep.  Symptoms are little whispers telling us to pay attention.  I decided to take my hormones seriously and use the tools I had learned from healing my body from mold, gut issues and toxicity to dial in the things I knew were holding my back.

How is this different from other programs?

The RHS is geared specifically to women 35-55 in a unique phase of their hormone journey. Everything is geared to women in perimenopause.  It’s a deep dive into the exact strategies women need to see transformation. This is for women who want tools in perimenopause that are effective and doable in this busy season of life.

What functional labs are included and can I add on labs?

Every women that comes into the RHS gets the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).  This is mailed to you and you do it at home.  It is then sent to the lab and once results are back, you will ge a 1:1 session with results and a customized protocol including supplement recommendations. Client can add on the GI Map or Dutch hormone lab for an extra fee if they chose.

Is this just a group program? I want accountability and support.

Yes, unlike many programs that are group only, this is a high touch point. You get a 1:1 check in with myself to keep you on track, make sure progress is being made and troubleshoot.  You also get weekly accountability and access to daily support.  You can get meal plans and workout on the internet.  What women need to a roadmap so they know exactly what to do, accountability to stay on track and support to finally see results.

Can we continue to work together after four months?
